Latest information received today from Caroline Paterson | Natural Heritage Officer | City of Edinburgh Council
"Further to previous correspondence (below) and contractual delays out with our control we are pleased to confirm works are now due to take place on Katesmill Bridge. We can only apologise for the short notice, however these works will commence on Monday 19th January and there will be no access across the river while works are underway. Please see attached location map and alternative routes. The expectation is the bridge will be fully open within two weeks."
