Home page of their website - contains a lot of useful information (a few are shown below), and numerous forms for making requests or reporting issues eg illegally parked cars, street lighting faults, missed bin collections and many many more. Using these forms is the quickest way to get things actioned by CEC. Some forms allow photos to be included which can helpful. Road Disruptions - locations and dates for roadworks and traffic disruptions
Weeds on pavements - information about dealing with them
Overhanging Foliage eg Trees, hedges, bushes - how far back should they be cut
If overhanging foliage is a problem, it can be raised directly with the owner of the relevant property.

Reporting Graffiti & Damage - Graffiti on Edinburgh City Council property should be reported on https://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/graffiti Graffiti on private property is the responsibility of the owner. Utility Companies etc (for example : BT, Scottish Power, Virgin, Network Rail), Royal Mail, Scottish Canals etc should be contacted direct. See their websites for further information.
